Paternity Leave
Paternity leave is paid time off for a father around the birth of a child. In the UAE private sector, fathers are entitled to five working days of paid parental leave, which can be taken continuously or spread out within six months of the birth. It is a relatively recent, and regionally notable, statutory entitlement.
