Walk-In Interview

A walk-in interview is an open hiring event where candidates attend in person without a scheduled slot, common in the Gulf for retail, hospitality, healthcare, and high-volume roles. You may be screened, interviewed, or asked to leave a CV on the spot, so treat it as a real interview from the moment you arrive.

Come prepared as if it were booked: bring several printed CVs and your documents, dress professionally, and arrive early because queues form. Have a tight one-minute introduction ready, since first screening is fast and often on the spot. Be patient and courteous with everyone, including reception, as impressions start before the interview. Follow the same fundamentals as any interview.
