Labour Dispute
A labour dispute is a formal disagreement between employee and employer over pay, termination, benefits, or contract terms. In the UAE it starts with a complaint to MOHRE, which tries to settle it amicably and can issue a binding decision on smaller claims, and only unresolved cases go to court.
