Panel Interview

A panel interview is a single interview conducted by several people at once, often a mix of the hiring manager, HR, and future colleagues or senior stakeholders. Common for senior and government roles in the Gulf, it tests how you handle multiple perspectives and pressure while keeping your answers clear and inclusive.

Address the person who asked the question but make eye contact with the whole panel as you answer, so no one feels ignored. Get each interviewer's name and role at the start if you can, and tailor slightly to their angle: the manager cares about delivery, HR about fit, the senior stakeholder about impact.
