Immediate Joiner

An immediate joiner is a candidate who can start work right away, typically because they are on a visit visa, a cancelled visa, or between jobs with no notice period to serve. Gulf recruiters search this exact phrase in CV databases, and using it verbatim in your header makes you appear in those searches.

Speed of joining is a real filter in Gulf hiring because visa processing and notice periods routinely add one to three months to a start date. If you can genuinely start within days, say "Immediate joiner" in your CV header and portal profiles, and pair it with your visa status so the recruiter can verify the claim in one glance. If you have a notice period, state its length instead; vagueness reads as a hidden delay. More on header fields in the UAE and ATS guides.
