Graduate Program

A graduate program is a structured, fixed-term entry scheme where large employers recruit recent graduates, rotate them through departments, and train them toward permanent roles. In the Gulf, banks, energy companies, telecoms, and government entities run competitive programs, often with assessment centres and psychometric tests in the selection process.

These are among the best entry points for graduates, but they are competitive and deadline-driven, so track application windows and prepare for a multi-stage selection: online application, tests, and often an assessment centre. Localization programs may prioritize nationals, so check eligibility. Tailor your application to the program's stated competencies, and lead with academics, projects, and internships.
