Absher

Absher is Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Interior e-services platform for individuals, where residents manage government transactions online: exit and re-entry visas, Iqama-related services, appointments, and traffic and civil matters. Under the labour reforms, workers increasingly use Absher to request their own exit visas rather than depending on the employer.

For an expatriate, Absher is where much of your legal status is managed day to day, and having your own account matters because you can now handle steps like a final exit or exit and re-entry yourself. It sits alongside Qiwa, which handles the employment contract and Iqama transfer side. Services and access rules change, so confirm the current process on Absher itself.
